There is a risk that issuers and counterparties will not make payment on securities and other investments held by the fund, resulting in loss. The fund’s use of derivatives (including futures, forward contracts and swap agreements) involves risks different from and possibly greater than those associated with investing directly in securities including leverage risk, counterparty default risk, tracking risk and liquidity. The price of equity security fluctuates based on changes in a company’s financial condition and overall market and economic conditions. Fixed income securities could lose value due to interest rate changes. The successful used of forward and futures contracts draws on the Adviser’s skill and experience in predicting market movement. Large Cap companies may be unable to respond quickly to new competitive challenges such as changes in consumer tastes. Small Cap and Mid-Cap companies may be volatile and vulnerable to adverse business or economic events. The fund is ‘non-diversified’ and changes in the value of a single security may have a significant effect on the fund’s value. The fund may have investments that appreciate or decrease significantly over short periods. The value of REIT securities may be adversely affected by changes in the value of the underlying property the REIT holds. Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index: The Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index, or the Agg, is a broad base, market capitalization-weighted bond market index representing intermediate term investment grade bonds traded in the United States. Investors frequently use the index as a stand-in for measuring the performance of the US bond market.

ICE Bank of America Merrill Lynch 3-month U.S. T-Bill: An unmanaged index that measures returns of 3-month treasury bills.

Maximum Drawdown: The maximum loss from a peak to a trough of an investment or portfolio, before a new peak is attained.

Morningstar Moderate Target Risk Index: The index represents a portfolio of global equities, bonds, and traditional inflation hedges, such as commodities and TIPS. This portfolio is held in a static allocation of 60% equities and 40% fixed income, which is appropriate for U.S. investors who seek average exposure to equity market risk and returns.

MSCI World Index: The MSCI World Index captures large and mid cap representation across 23 Developed Markets (DM) countries. With 1,509 constituents, the index covers approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each country.

Russell 2000 Small-Cap Index:A small-cap stock market index of the smallest 2,000 stocks in the Russell 3000 Index.

S&P 400 Mid-Cap Index: A stock market index from S&P Dow Jones Indices. The index serves as a barometer for the U.S. mid-cap equities sector and is the most widely followed mid-cap index.

S&P 500 TR Index: A capitalization-weighted index of 500 stocks. The index is designed to measure performance of the broad domestic economy through changes in the aggregate market value of 500 stocks representing all major industries.

SG Trend Index: A leading benchmark for tracking the performance of a pool of the largest managed futures trend following based hedge fund managers that are open to new investment. The SG Trend Index is equal-weighted and reconstituted annually. The SG Trend Index is formerly known as the Newedge Trend Index.
